The client’s request was to expand, revitalize, and overall enhance the existing rope park located in the western part of the Potůčky village. The project was carried out gradually in several phases over the course of four years. The children’s playground, primarily composed of low rope obstacles, was supplemented with a playset made from acacia logs, a climbing ramp, climbing frames, and a rope pyramid. The main focal point of the area then became the unique treehouse, adorned with playful colors and cheerful graphic design.
We designed all play elements with the intention that their character and diversity would naturally encourage children to spend time engaged in spontaneous outdoor play, actively developing their motor skills and imagination. The entire area is self-service, open to the public year-round depending on weather conditions.
