It's neither a rope park nor a treetop trail, the 3D maze is something in between. We have built many of them already, but the biggest is still Funpark Most. It is also exceptional in that it is a complex entertainment complex with an observation tower, seating, children's playgrounds and facilities.
Our smallest 3D maze has just five posts and five obstacles on a single level, one slide, and a climbing wall for entry. It’s an ideal addition to larger playgrounds – just like in Muráň, Slovakia. We had already built a playground there in 2021, featuring a zipline, swings, and low rope elements.
We have built many net attractions, but never before inside a treetop tower. Two nets stacked above each other and connected by a vertical net tunnel are suspended inside the spiral staircase shaft. The attraction lets visitors bounce 21 and 25.5 metres above the ground. Not for the faint of heart!
For Hněvín Castle, we designed, manufactured, and built a viewing platform with a photospot. The walkway with a platform above the slope offers stunning views of the valley and the Most Lake. A frame symbolising the red philosopher’s stone on one side and brown coal on the other, both tied to the location, provides a unique photo backdrop with the castle in the background.
The floating letters on the water were designed for an Olympic Festival. The installation includes a pier with round platforms inspired by the Olympic rings and a photopoint in the shape of the city’s logo – now one of the most photographed spots in town.
The highest net attraction we’ve ever built is part of the treetop trail in Rogla. The net trampoline is stretched inside a tower and suspended 30 metres above the ground. Two nets are layered and connected by a crawl-through tunnel. Visitors are fully protected by nets.
The tank play sculpture in Kružlová refers to the area’s WWII history. To suit the client’s budget, we designed it with a steel structure and a robinia-clad central turret. This robust play sculpture doubles as a climbing frame and playground centrepiece.
The 3D maze in Chrudim replaced an outdated rope course. Built on a forest slope, it has two levels, wooden posts, a stainless-steel tube slide, and a self-service turnstile ticket machine. The maximum capacity of the maze is up to 150 people.
In 2024, we designed and subsequently built a two-level rope course on poles and trees for a business partner in South Korea. The park offers four routes of varying difficulty: Pink, Green, Sky, and Yellow. The second level, featuring the most challenging routes, is located 5 meters above the ground. Obstacles include items such as sleds, a boat, barrels, a chest, punching bags, and more.
The client operating the shopping centre and the adjacent sports ground wished to expand leisure activities on the premises. In one of the variants, we designed an adreanalin tower for all generations. The more physically fit can climb up through the net and rope obstacles inside the tower, the less fit can choose the path of the walkway and staircase. There is also a playground for children on the ground floor.
Skalnaté pleso is a popular tourist crossroads in the Tatra Mountains in Slovakia, easily accessible by cable car – even for families with young children. A children’s playground had stood here for years, but it needed new life. So, we designed not one but three play sculptures: two marmots and a bear family.
For a hotel resort, we created an unconventional playground with a mining theme. It consists of several interconnected zones for different age groups: marble games for toddlers, educational and physical elements for older children, and a net-based play area for teenagers and adults.
Thanks to our local business partner, we had the opportunity to build the very first 3D maze on the Korean peninsula. It stands in a pine grove within a park that is a popular recreation spot for residents from the nearby neighbourhoods. The 3D maze isn’t the only attraction in the park, but it is the first to be suspended in the trees and made entirely of wood. It features 20 connecting huts and 25 different obstacles spread across two levels. All routes lead to a central viewing tower. Apart from the tower, the entire structure was designed and built by us.
We enhanced the original playground, which featured balance elements, by adding a play sculpture of a hedgehog with an apple – designed for younger children. The hedgehog’s spines form a climbing frame, and the apple is a playhouse with a slide, connected to the hedgehog by a short bridge.
On a slope near a cable car station, we designed a one-of-a-kind playground inspired by birds and the forest. It features three organically shaped towers built from curved robinia logs, topped with oversized bird heads. Children can enter the toucan’s head, open the stork’s beak using a lever, and turn a crank to make the owl roll its eyes.
This project emerged from a participatory budgeting initiative in Brno. The aim was to expand a playground in a popular forest park. The trail features four towers connected by hanging walkways, offering children rope challenges, a lookout tower with a vertical climbing frame, and a slide.
The net playground in South Korea was our second project in distant Asia. The structure, consisting of four smaller interconnected net playgrounds, is located in a wooded area near a seaside resort. Nearby, visitors can enjoy beaches, a campsite, a scenic walkway, and other attractions. Thanks to our installation, the site now offers an engaging experience for both children and adults. Visitors can jump, bounce, play with balls, or simply relax in the nets. Attractions of this kind are still a rarity in South Korea. We handled the design, technical documentation, and most of the on-site construction.
The 3D maze in Zvolen is built in a straight line on five steel posts. It has three levels, two plastic tube slides of different sizes, and a special entrance with a ticket machine. Guests enjoy it solo or in groups, and the hotel uses it for teambuilding competitions.
A mini 3D maze in the shape of a pentagon was built in the town of Černá Hora. It stands on robinia posts and includes five houses and five different obstacles on one level. You can enter via a rope ladder or climbing wall. Since the town is famous for its brewery, we decorated the playground with a hop cone.
The leisure zone in Smolenice is more than a playground. It’s a community space for all ages – with swings, zipline, parkour area, and interactive play benches. Visitors can sit, play board games, or ride a mini traffic circuit – all within a unified design.
As the mascot of Chomutov Zoo, the red panda inspired this larger-than-life play sculpture. Kids can climb up its hind legs using climbing holds, slide down a stainless steel chute hidden in its tail, or explore its "insides", which include a viewing point in the panda's eyes and head.
Designed for a crocodile zoo in France, this attraction blends rope park elements, 3D maze and treetop walkway. Suspended on tall timber posts, it winds through the entire park, offering rope bridges, hidden tunnels and challenging crossings between towers.
This concept aimed to revitalise an existing trail that highlights the importance of the area for the endangered white stork. We proposed a shortened route enriched with interactive and educational features, information panels, activity elements, and custom outdoor furniture.
The design of our first glamping house is based on the appearance of a classic house with a gable roof. It is just hung from trees with the help of steel ropes. The house has everything you need: a bedroom with a beautiful view, a kitchenette with basic equipment and a water tank, there is also a toilet, heating and lighting. You can diversify your stay with a seating area on the terrace.
First came the net play area with a viewing hut, complete with inflatable balls and an overhead net for safety. Two years later, we built a three-storey 3D maze nearby in the shape of a regular pentagon. The top floor offers stunning views of the Krkonoše mountains and Sněžka, the highest peak in the Czech Republic.
We created a concept study for a 3D maze in the popular tourist area along the Baťa Canal. The main entrance is a hexagonal lighthouse with a spiral staircase. From the 10-metre-high viewing platform, visitors can enjoy the view or relax in suspended nests. A 90-metre 3D maze route begins on the first floor of the lighthouse.
It wasn’t our biggest, but it was one of the most beautiful: a three-level 3D maze in the treetops near the entrance to Hodonín Zoo. Built in just two months, it could hold up to 200 visitors. We decorated it with animal artwork in honour of the nearby zoo. Sadly, it was destroyed by a tornado in 2021 along with the surrounding trees.
As part of the revamp of an older municipal playground, we proposed a concept with themed zones: Sea, Beach, Jungle, Mountains and Volcano. Each zone is tailored to a target age group and offers distinct activities. Sand play on the Beach, slides and marble runs in the Volcano, climbing in the Jungle, and so on.
This playground looks like a shipwreck on a sandy beach. It features low rope obstacles and various play elements that resemble parts of a ship – a crow's nest, helm, ship’s phone and more. The centrepiece is a lighthouse with a viewing platform and a slide, connected to the ship by a hanging bridge. A sailor-themed balance trail and workout elements complete the site.
The Forest Kingdom study outlines an extension of an existing amusement area with a new family attraction. The diverse play zone includes a 3D maze, a toddler playground, and a nature-based water play area. The three-level maze is themed around layers of the forest ecosystem and includes two tree towers with interactive learning features.
A ship and lighthouse in one playground. Inside the lighthouse is a rope climbing frame leading to a lookout. From there, kids can slide down and cross over to the ship's deck via a bridge. The area is enhanced with small rope obstacles, balance blocks, and other fun features.
Visitors can explore the wooded Ressl Hill via two routes of varying lengths. Eleven creative stops offer a mix of activity zones, educational games, and nature-inspired play elements. Hand-painted info boards with minimal text and interactive mechanics invite hands-on discovery.
The 3D maze in Alpinka takes the shape of an elephant, the resort’s mascot. Its trunk is a large tube slide. The three-storey maze stands on five posts in a line and features ten rope bridges with obstacles and a steel staircase as the entrance.
We extended the popular rope centre with a children’s rope course – low rope obstacles for the smallest ones, without harnesses, with a medieval theme. The mascot is a painted little dragon. We also built a giant swing on steel poles, with seats for up to three people.
For those seeking complete privacy, the hidden cabin is ideal. With a mirrored facade, the cabin blends perfectly with its surroundings. It includes a double bed, a stool, a kitchenette with running water, a gas cooker, and a flushing toilet. The cabin can be rented. Enjoy coffee on the terrace with deer nearby.
A unique type of attraction: we modified the basic 3D maze structure by replacing obstacles with zipline tracks between houses. No harness is needed, as the tracks are enclosed by nets, so one can only fall into them. There are nine interconnected ziplines with a total length of 140 metres. The park is not open to the general public.
Family park Na Větvi offers a unique combination of three net playgrounds suspended in the treetops, all connected to a three-level 3D maze, also anchored to trees. The experience is topped off with a tube slide starting from a height of ten metres.
Like being at the beach – that’s how visitors feel in the 3D maze in Olomouc, located in the local aquapark. The maze is built on sand and supported by five steel posts. The connecting huts and rope bridges form a regular pentagon.
Zipline nabízí i tandemovou jízdu dospělého s dítětem.
A net attraction can also take the form of a two-storey tower, featuring net obstacles on a total area of 90 m². You can move between the two levels through a wire tunnel, and there is also a tube slide and a regular slide from the entrance staircase. Additionally, the attraction is connected by a walkway to the terrace of a neighbouring building. We also enhanced the ski resort with a balance trail.
We are pleased that our 3D maze became part of the popular Vrunoff family park. In addition to many play and movement elements, the park now also offers a bit of adrenaline – moving 7.5 metres above the ground. The two-storey maze stands on poles but is nestled among trees in an otherwise unused path area. It includes 13 houses and 14 different obstacles.
With its wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, the resort offers something for every season. The 3D maze in Demänová resort is shaped like a regular pentagon and part of a family fun zone. It’s open year-round and designed for kids of all ages.
We designed two options for the Kubínska hoľa zipline. The client chose the 1,234 m route. We delivered the entry and landing towers, installed all equipment and technologies. Ski resorts offer ideal conditions for summer ziplines as off-season attractions.
The client requested a family amusement park on a slope measuring 58 by 40 metres. We designed a mountain village. The main attractions are wooden houses connected by climbing frames, trapdoors, and secret passages, forming one large labyrinth. The entrance is guarded by towers with rope attractions, and from the village, visitors enter the forest, where net attractions are stretched between the trees.
The dragon playground in Hrubá Voda features our first play sculpture – a robinia wood dragon that’s also a climbing frame. The area includes a shaded sandbox with playful elements, balance features, and a low rope course, all bordered by mosaic seating walls.
This treetop trail in Stalowa Wola proves that even city parks can host big attractions. We designed a two-level 3D maze combined with a short, wide treetop walk with tower and views. The trail is wheelchair accessible and surrounded by footpaths and seating.
In a small area with just a few trees, we managed to install a net attraction. It consists of two nets measuring 52 m² and 28 m². One is three metres above the ground, the other three and a half. The entrance is through an inclined net tunnel, and the two nets are connected by a walkway. The jumping platform is three metres high.
It began with a steep rocky slope above a hotel car park and ended with a unique attraction combining a 3D maze with terrain climbing elements. Visitors reach the top of the slope, with a bench, either through the maze or via various terrain ladders, stairs, tunnels, bridges, and walkways. All climbing elements are enclosed in nets for safety.
Not all trails are the same. This one features forest fairies, bandits, and the Lord of the Forest. Original drawings decorate not only educational signs but also other play elements. The trail includes playhouses, different types of seating, giant pick-up sticks, a marble run, and photo points. Every piece is original. All made of wood, as it should be in the forest.
This children’s area had it all – a two-storey 3D maze, an adrenaline tower with a tube slide, a rope park, net attractions, a treehouse, and a small treetop trail. A viewing platform for parents was also included. Altogether, the park featured twenty different play elements. It was a private attraction with no public access.
We built our first 3D maze in 2015, and it remains one of the most beautiful, thanks to its location in the trees. In 2024, we expanded it with a net playground in the middle. However, part of the maze and nets had to be rebuilt within a few months after being damaged by a strong windstorm. We also assisted the client in assessing the damage for insurance purposes.
In 2012, we began building our largest rope park. It includes six different courses of varying difficulty, from age five up to adrenaline enthusiasts. The most challenging course is the highest and contains up to 23 obstacles. In total, the park offers 13 zipline tracks and low rope obstacles at ground level for the youngest visitors.
