- Personal data is stored in our company offices, where access is restricted to authorised persons only. Documents are locked, and electronic data is password-protected.
- All individuals who access your data in the course of their duties are bound by statutory and contractual confidentiality. This obligation continues even after the termination of their employment or contract.
- Access to data is controlled using permissions, passwords and access codes
- We carry out regular internal checks of locked premises, IT equipment and data handling policies
