Rope courses and rope parks offer the opportunity to push your limits in a safe yet challenging environment. Climbing through a rope park can be a pleasant and fun activity, but it can also be demanding and require a significant athletic performance. It all depends on the design of the difficulty of individual obstacles and the entire course.
