General Terms and Conditions - Studies and Projects:

A deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required before commencing work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the project to the investor.

Invoice payment is due within 10 days.

The hourly rate for architect/designer in case of additional work is 1,000 CZK/hour excluding VAT.

Study:

The delivery deadline of the study does not include the time spent waiting for draft approval from the client, feedback from public authorities, or materials provided by an external supplier; this time extends the delivery deadline.

As part of the standard study, unless stated otherwise in the offer, special professional activities are not included:

  1. Geological and Hydrological Surveys and Proposals

  2. Geodetic Survey and Underlying Data

  3. Dendrological Visual Safety Assessment of Trees

  4. Structural Assessment of the Design

  5. Sunlight and Lighting Study and Noise Study

  6. Identification of Utility Networks

  7. Negotiation and Management with the Relevant Building Authority and Affected State Administrative or Private Individuals/Entities

  8. Securing Statements, Opinions, or Other Legal and Administrative Requirements

  9. Changes to the Study or Project Documentation Discussed after the Date of Issuing the Price Quote

  10. The Study Is Supplied in a Single Variant Solution

  11. Production Documentation

Terms and Conditions - Construction:

All terms and conditions are defined in the work contract.

Invoice payment is standardly due within 14 days.

We provide a standard warranty for the work for 24 months.

  • Completion of work, fulfillment based on a contract for work,

  • Provision of services, fulfillment based on a contract for services,

  • Delivery of goods, fulfillment based on a contract for the supply of goods,

  • Fulfillment of our legal obligations,

  • Sending information and business offers based on your requests.

THIRD PARTIES:

We collect the following personal data about third parties:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, title,

  • Contact data: phone number, email address,

  • Additional data: place of residence and/or business, date of birth, company identification number (IČ), tax identification number.

The above personal data is essential for identifying third parties, communication with them, and our business activities in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  • Fulfillment of a contract for work concluded with a client,

  • Fulfillment of a contract for services concluded with a client,

  • Fulfillment of a contract for the supply of goods concluded with a client,

  • Fulfillment of our legal obligations.

INDIVIDUALS INQUIRING ABOUT OUR SERVICES:

We collect the following personal data about individuals inquiring about our services:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, title,

  • Contact data: phone number, email address.

The above personal data is essential for identifying you and facilitating communication. The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  • Sending information and business offers based on your requests.

We process your personal data for the specified purposes and handle it in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your data privacy is a priority, and we take appropriate measures to ensure its security and confidentiality.

HOW WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

  • Directly from you: You provide us with personal data directly, for example when entering into contracts, filling out forms, or communicating with us.

  • From clients: If you have provided us with personal data about third parties (e.g., contact details of individuals you do business with), we may obtain these data from you or from those clients.

  • From publicly accessible sources and registers: Some personal data may be obtained from publicly available sources, such as commercial registers, trade registers, and similar.

In cases where we process personal data beyond our legitimate interests, we will request your consent for their processing. Your consent will be obtained transparently and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

HOW WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended.

  • We store personal data in both paper and electronic formats using IT tools.

  • Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not occur during the processing of personal data.

  • Personal data, in both paper and electronic formats, are stored in our company's premises (offices), where access by unauthorized individuals is restricted through legal means (locking, access only for authorized personnel, etc.). All individuals who come into contact with your personal data in the course of performing their work or contractual obligations are bound by legal and contractual confidentiality obligations. This obligation continues even after the termination of their employment or contractual relationship with us.

  • Access to personal data is also secured through access rights, passwords, and codes.

  • We conduct regular internal controls of locked areas, IT equipment, stored data, and guidelines for working with personal data.

WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA, OR WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS:

  • We, Unipark s.r.o., process personal data as the data controller through our employees and through third parties, namely processors, listed below. All processors adhere to strict principles for securing personal data and information.

  • Our processors include cooperating attorney Mgr. Dana Lasáková, attorney, ID 71447032, registered at Vejrostova 953/6, 635 00 Brno, and the IT system provider company Allium, s.r.o., ID 607 03 521, registered at Stamicova 11, 623 00 Brno.

  • Public authorities.

  • Personal data is processed for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing as mentioned above, and after its completion, it will be handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

We do not disclose personal data to recipients in third countries or international organizations.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE AS A DATA SUBJECT:

  • Right to access personal data.

  • Right to rectification and completion of personal data.

  • Right to erasure of personal data, provided that there is no legal basis for further processing.

  • Right to restriction of processing.

  • Right to data portability.

  • Right to lodge a complaint, either through the above-mentioned means or by contacting the Office for Personal Data Protection.
